Back from the summer break, the band are currently busy preparing for the National Fianls in Cheltenham this coming weekend. The chosen test for the 18 bands taking part in the first section finals is Four Dances from Checkmate (Arthur Bliss arr. Eric Ball), which is schedued for Saturday afternoon 13 September. The band were please to come away with a 4th place podium finish in a field of 18 bands from a number 5 draw. Well done to all who took part!
