DESCRIPTION:The annual contest season opener is back at the Riverfront Theatre & Arts Centre for another year\, where 13 bands\, from both sides of the border\, will battle it out for the esteemed C.I.S.W.O trophy\, £1\,000 prize money and even an invite to this years Spring Festival in Blackpool. This year\, our adjudicator is the world-famous tenor horn soloist\, Sheona White\, and as always\, our compère is the one and only David Hayward.
