The band is extremely pleased to announce the signing of Chris Smith to the vacant euphonium chair. Chris is a class player and brings with him a wealth of experience having played with some of the top bands in Wales. He has helped out the band periodically over the last 12 months, including last week’s Wychavon contest runner up podium finishes, so is no stanger to the band. He will now join up with the band’s Euphonium & Baritone section of Glyn, Gareth and Hugh as a full member of the team at the forthcoming SEWBBA Autumn Entertainment competiton in just over two weeks time on the 22nd November.
